FOUR SEASONS GIFTS - Online Enquiry Cart Process ( For Oversea and Local Customers )
The following steps detail the Enquiry Cart Process that can be processed from our website:
1. Select your Product Interest.
2. Filled up your details such as Email address and Company details.
3. Select your future payment method to us which you preferred. (Options are Available)
4. Add your Enquiry Comments if there is. ( E.g.: Your product colours requirement, etc.)
5. Click “Send Enquiry” when all information are filled and confirmed.
6. Wait for your reply from Four Seasons Gifts sales consultant.
Recommended Quantity
Each FOUR SEASONS GIFTS product is different, and has varying production and logistical fixed costs involved per production run. There is a Recommended Quantity which Four Seasons Gifts will recommend. A good order size of that particular product that will best amortise the associated fixed cost to a good value per piece. Prices will vary for both smaller and bigger quantity orders.
Minimum marketing budget
Four Seasons Gifts – WINTER BUDGET are meant for promotional giveaways, event souvenirs, merchandising and other occasions of mass giving. The label is meant to support companies with a minimum marketing budget of S$2000.
Delivery Information
The ideal lead time given for production is 6 weeks. Companies are encouraged to start talking to your Four Seasons Gifts consultants about 10 weeks before your actual need of the product, to allow sufficient lead time for product selection and design work. For Local Singapore orders below SGD 1000. Courier charges of S$50.00 apply.
International Delivery
Express Shipping (2 - 3 working days)
Four Seasons Gifts work together with our worldwide express logistics partners, DHL, SingPost, FedEx and EMS, to bring you the best service and low shipping rates to your destination. All shipment are automatically insured up to a nominal value depending on the carrier, giving you a peace of mind.
Standard Shipping (9 - 12 working days)
For the cost conscious, Four Seasons Gifts also offer low shipping rates to worldwide destinations. All parcels are registered, hence they are traceable in case of non-delivery. The shipping time required is longer but your order reaches you just the same!
Product Packaging Information
Unless otherwise requested most products will come in either standard poly bag, plain box or blister card packaging. Special packaging can be arranged at your request to suit a particular giving occasion. Pls consult your Four Seasons Gifts consultant.
Customisation and Artwork Information
Different customization methods are used to put your logo or message on the products, depending on the product material and product construction. Common methods include:
• Silkscreen printing
• Metal engraving
• Etching
• Embroidery
• Digital printing.
Please provide artwork in standard PC graphical formats like .jpeg, .tiff, .gif, .ai and .eps in good resolution. Four Seasons Gifts also have designers who can create artwork in your theme, at your request.
Payment Terms ( For Local Singapore Customers Only )
Four Seasons Gifts payment terms are usually 100% Cash on Delivery or 14 days credit terms, upon delivery. For larger value orders, a 50% deposit may be sought to facilitate production.
Payment Methods
1) For Singapore customers, Four Seasons Gifts offers a variety of payment methods to suit your preference. At the moment, we accept payment for the following 2 methods :
• Via Cash On Delivery ( In Sing Dollar only )
• Credit Card Visa and MasterCard ( Through PayPal payment gateway )
Cash On Delivery, Collection via Cash-On-Delivery is only available for local deliveries in Singapore. If you are shipping your order to an overseas address outside of Singapore, or you are not residing in Singapore, please choose other mode of payments.
PayPal, Payment via PayPal is best for those who want to enjoy both security and reliability. Please note that PayPal only accepts payment in US dollars (US$), hence all purchases made with Four Seasons Gifts will be converted to US$ base on the latest exchange rate stipulated by PayPal. This exchange rate may not be the same as the one provided by the banks.
2) For Oversea Customers, Presently, Four Seasons Gifts accept payments via Telegraphic Transfer (TT), VISA, Master, through PayPal gateway. Once the order is confirm, Four Seasons Gifts will provide customer an Invoice Number, You may go to our Payment Link to make your payment thru Paypal gateway :
Four Seasons Gifts will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
Four Seasons Gifts will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Returns
Four Seasons Gifts offer a return policy for defective goods. If the items that you purchase are defective, just contact us and we will do an exchange with the manufacturer/distributor for you. Exchange and Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
General Order Process ( For Local Customers )
The following steps detail the usual order process.
1. Your first contact with Four Seasons Gifts will typically be via email or phone. A Four Seasons Gifts consultant will be assigned to understand your giving occasion, budget, quantity requirement and date of occasion.
2. Based on that understanding, your Four Seasons Gifts consultant will produce a Four Seasons Gift concept proposal, highlighting several product ideas and price estimates that may be suitable for your needs.
3. Upon narrowing down your choice to that special gift, an official quotation will be provided for your endorsement. Samples may be requested at this stage if necessary.
4. Your artwork is provided and made ready for product customization. A mock up sample of your product can be made at your request. Customised artwork will also be created and endorsed at this stage.
5. With your approval, the main production starts.
6. Special packaging requirement is then fulfilled.
Finally, Four Seasons Gifts makes arrangement for the products to be delivered to you. With everything in order, payment is concluded. Four Seasons Gifts provides a one-stop solution, from gift sourcing to design, production and delivery. Hassle free!
